Our manufacturing base has equipped with 70 sets of advanced ASM (Automatic Wiring Machine) Full-automatic LED Die Bonders, 56 sets of ASM Bonders from the USA, 136 sets of spectrometric machines, and 12 automatic sealing lines from Taiwan Area, which enables us to produce 200kk top quality LED components per month.
We also use:
* Induced ESD testers,
* DSD testers,
* LED angel & spectrum analyzers,
* LED plating-layer bracket testers,
* High temperature storage testers and high& low temperature storage testers,
* Thermal shock testers,
All of these ensure the excellent quality of our LED components.
Our workshops are equipped with both leaded/Lead-free Wave soldering ovens, reflow ovens, automatic surface mounting machines and other top level machines. Combined with our advanced management ideas and the most developed technology, we are able to provide the best products and services for our global customers.
